I'm Trini, Your Partner in Elevation and Expansion
My story begins with a little girl who learned early in life how to excel—always the responsible one, the achiever, the ‘good girl.’ Growing up in Beaufort County, SC, I learned to navigate life’s challenges while holding on to big dreams. But like so many high-achieving women, I also learned to put others first, often at the cost of my own desires and well-being.
Life, however, is an excellent teacher. I’ve faced some of its most profound lessons—losing my father as a child, navigating heartbreak and loss, raising a family, and rediscovering myself after divorce and becoming an empty nester. Each challenge was a turning point, pushing me toward a deeper understanding of what it means to live authentically and fully.
Through these experiences, I’ve transformed from a perfectionist striving to meet external expectations into a bold boundary-breaker, unapologetically putting myself first. That journey of self-discovery and healing has allowed me to serve others more powerfully. And now, I help women like you do the same.

It’s in these moments that I receive my “Wisdom Seeds”—downloads of fresh ideas, the unveiling of distinctions, and the broadening of my mind, all infused with divine wisdom. I cherish these divine whispers when God plants transformative nuggets into my heart—words that shift my perspective, expand my impact, and inspire action. These insights have guided me on a journey from perfectionism, rule-following, and "good-girl" idealism into a bold boundary breaker who loves life, speaks her truth unapologetically, and trusts the power of what’s within her. I love sharing Wisdom, creating transformation, and celebrating your success. For many years, I found myself coaching and counseling those around me—friends, my children, their friends, and even employees. Coaching has always been one of my natural gifts, paired with a deep well of wisdom and an unwavering willingness to share my truth to support others through life’s challenges. Then life happened. In 2020, I faced a whirlwind of transitions—divorce, the passing of my mother, selling a transportation business, becoming an empty nester, and rediscovering myself. These experiences led me to embark on a professional coaching journey, transforming my natural gift into a powerful force for helping others live fuller, more authentic lives. Coaching came naturally, but building a coaching business required something I wasn’t accustomed to—being seen. I was always the behind-the-scenes person. But to reach people like you, I had to step forward, be visible, and let my voice be heard. It wasn’t easy. When my coach first challenged me to go live on social media for just one minute each week, I was terrified. But I took the challenge. Week by week, I grew more comfortable, and before long, I launched my very first podcast: Unbounded with Trini. This podcast is a space for transformation. Each episode dives into topics that matter deeply to women—like health, financial empowerment, mental well-being, menopause, and breaking free from toxic relationships. I’ve invited expert guests to share their wisdom, and together, we aim to brighten your perspective, ignite your "me-first" journey, and free you from anything holding you back from living the life you truly desire.
